Shipping policy

Where we ship: United States and Canada.

Production time: Every item is printed on demand, so each order is made fresh after you buy. Production usually takes 2-7 business days before your order ships.

Shipping time: After production, delivery typically takes 3-8 business days within the US and Canada. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 5-12 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Where it ships from: Orders are produced and shipped by our print partner's facilities located closest to you for the fastest delivery. Items in the same order may occasionally arrive separately if printed at different facilities — at no extra cost to you.

Wrong address: Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can only change an address within 12 hours of your order. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or stuck packages: If your tracking hasn't moved or your order hasn't arrived in the expected window, email yoururbangoods@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
