Refund policy

Every item is made to order just for you, so we keep returns simple and fair.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Email yoururbangoods@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — you won't need to ship anything back.

Change of mind / wrong size or address: Because each product is printed on demand, we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, or entering an incorrect shipping address. Please double-check your size and details before checking out.

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order changes or cancellations: Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production may already be underway and changes may not be possible.
